Upon earning Degrees from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Adrianna was recruited by Caesars Entertainment. She has worked in the corporate world in conglomerate properties such as Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Bally Technologies (Currently Light & Wonder). While continuing her career she also attended and completed the infamous Executive Development Program, hosted by the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and the University of Nevada-Reno in Lake Tahoe. Adrianna is married to her husband Justin and like any true gaming operator, enjoys gambling and traveling with her family.

Bio: Charles Walters serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, he has significantly impacted the hospitality and tribal gaming sectors after retiring from a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps. Charles holds professional certifications in Tribal Human Resources and Tribal Adjudication and has been recognized as the State of New Mexico’s Veteran of the Year by the New Mexico Business Coalition. He has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning and leadership in his field.
Favorite Thing at Isleta Resort & Casino: One of my favorite things at Isleta Resort and Casino is watching the concerts in the showroom, we have such a variety of entertainment acts.
Staci has been married since 2015 to Jason and has a bonus daughter Chloe. Having grown up in San Antonio, Texas, she went to San Jose State University on a full scholarship playing tennis, after which, she graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in the School of Hotel Administration.
Staci started her casino career opening Bellagio Hotel and Casino in the security department as an administrative clerk and then worked her way up. She joined Isleta in 2016, and her prior experience includes working in Las Vegas for 17 years at Paris, MGM Grand, Bellagio, Wynn, and Mirage, mostly as an executive host. After moving to Albuquerque, she worked at New Mexico Gaming, LLC, and at Nambe Casino. After years of being in the casino industry, she can’t imagine doing anything else and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Isleta team.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years – it is my passion for people that drives me to want to excel and exceed in this industry. I have worked in branded and stand-alone hotels but working here at Isleta, for the Pueblo of Isleta is my greatest source of pride. To help the community of Isleta is a great honor – I take a lot of pride knowing what I do makes a difference.

I have lived in Albuquerque for 65 years. I have an appreciation for nature, camping outdoors, fly fishing, hiking, and stepping outside by comfort zone. I see the positive things in life stay strong through hard times and embrace new challenges.

I have had the pleasure of being part of the Isleta family since 2005 in the Security Department. As a native New Mexican, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and long drives in the different forests.

I’ve been married to Dawn for 25 years and we have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. My wife and I love golf, hiking, and, of course, our grandchildren. I attended Northern Arizona University majoring in Zoology (pre-vet). 5 years as a Kingman Arizona Firefighter. 4 years in the United States Navy. Finally, 30 years in the gaming industry at Local casinos, riverboat casinos, Mega Resorts, and 3 different Tribal casinos.

Ramon Valdez Jr., PGA, is a passionate golfer and sports enthusiast hailing from Los Angeles. With over 40 years of golfing experience, starting at the age of 5 on a public course in California, Ramon finds joy in watching others learn and play the game he loves. He’s an avid fan of the 49ers, Lakers, Dodgers, PGA Tour, and auto racing. Beyond golf, Ramon has recently taken up woodworking as a hobby, crafting various furniture pieces for his home.

Calvin Jiron is a dedicated casino enthusiast who finds enjoyment in both his professional and personal life within the gaming industry. When not at work, he’s likely to be found exploring other casinos, indulging in his passion for the atmosphere and excitement they offer. Calvin also has a love for golf, appreciating the relaxation it provides until the moment he tees off.
Favorite Thing at Isleta Resort & Casino: Our Sportsbook and Bar is right next to our food court and TIWA restaurant. You can grab a quick bite and sit down with your group of friends in a comfortable environment to enjoy your favorite team sport.
Gina became a New Mexico resident by way of Las Vegas, NV in 2018 to expand her career in Hospitality Construction Management. Gina has completed more than $1B in construction projects including a multitude of restaurants, pools, spas, casino floors, and over 20,000 guest rooms. She is an ARMY Veteran and her philanthropy includes organizing NM VIC Stand Down Event volunteers and donations in partnership with Isleta Resort & Casino in 2019. Gina serves as a Board Member for the NM Veterans Integration Center as well..

Jeremiah has been an employee with Isleta Resort & Casino for over 5 years. He started his casino career here at Isleta Resort and Casino. Initially as a Sportsbook Writer, then went into the Marketing Department as an Executive Host and is currently enjoying his job as the Player Development Manager. Top Recommendation While Visiting Isleta: My top recommendation here at Isleta Resort and Casino is our Showroom venue. People are always ecstatic about coming to our concerts that we have here. We always have a variety of Genres from old to new.
I had the pleasure to start my casino career 2 years ago in the Players Club department as a Players Club Representative, then as a Players Club Supervisor. I eventually made my way into the Executive Host office where I work with an amazing team and being able to enjoy meeting new people and helping our guests have a fun and enjoyable experience here at Isleta. Being a full Native American from Isleta Pueblo, I am very grateful and passionate for the opportunity to grow within Isleta Resort and Casino. I enjoy spending time with my family and my 3 legged dog named Baby girl.

Leon has been an employee with Isleta Resort & Casino for a little over 8 years. He started here at Isleta Resort and Casino as an Employee dining room attendant then went into the Marketing Department as a Players Club representative.
